Buying and selling homes goes beyond the nuts and bolts of the job. It’s about people’s happiness, their life changes—their dreams. Ultimately, my love of people fuels my work. I strive for respectful, candid communication, and I’m a balanced, straightforward negotiator. The Lance Vermeulen Real Estate team and I provide a font of knowledge, referrals, and community resources to bring any transaction to fruition.

Buyer clients often tell me how good I am at tuning in to them—that I “get” who they are and what they’re looking for. I relish the challenge of finding the property that best fits my clients’ needs and desires. I put my heart and soul in to it, and I know my territory very well.

My design background helps me advise sellers on how to present their homes in the best light. I create well-written, beautiful, effective marketing materials. In this regard, I couldn’t be luckier to be an agent at Lance Vermeulen Real Estate. We have an unrivaled reputation, a great team, and the resources to do an extraordinarily fine job. That includes an attractive website, and, most importantly, state-of-the-art web positioning.

I grew up in Manhattan (NYC) and Pompano Beach, FL., lived in Northern California for 14 years, and Boston for eight. I’ve been living in the Berkshires since 2006, and I couldn’t be happier.

I went to McGill University and studied architecture at Rhode Island School of Design before moving to the West Coast to save the world. (I’m still working on that.) I cooked for workshops, retreats, weddings and Wine Country events for many years. I also worked in the Healing Arts for many years as a massage therapist and Watsu® (aquatic bodywork) practitioner.

I became a REALTOR® in 2005, and have been working with Lance Vermeulen Real Estate in Great Barrington since 2007. I serve on the Real Estate Committee at Construct, Inc., a wonderful organization that provides comprehensive housing, support and educational services to people who need affordable housing in the Southern Berkshires.

I love my community and I am passionate about sharing the beautiful Berkshires with others.
